South Texas Event Professionals is extremely excited to officially announce the San Antonio Tour of Venues.
This amazing opportunity to tour, not one… not two… but four of San Antonio’s finest wedding venues, and get to know some of their most trusted wedding professionals, will happen on September 29, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Couples, who are still in the midst of their wedding planning, will enjoy a full afternoon of venue touring, cocktail drinking, hor d’oeuvres tasting, cake eating, and vendor shopping.

Tour 4 Separate Venues
Transportation will be provided to each of the venues. Couples will be invited to park their cars at our first stop, The Witte Museum, and then hop on a party bus, complete with travel-capable cocktails, to see the other venues in the lineup. After all four venues have been toured, the party bus will circle back around to the starting point, and then drop off all the happy couples at their vehicles.
Couples will have the opportunity to spend about an hour at each of the venues featured in this tour: The Witte Museum, McNay Art Museum, San Antonio Botanical Garden and Lambermont Events. At each of the venues, couples will also get to visit with a small handful of preferred and featured vendors.
The distinguished lineup of vendors will be as follows:
The Witte Museum: If you’re into museums, dinosaurs, survival, city history, or unique wedding spots, then you’ll be pleased to know that The Witte offers event rental space for up to 1,500 people. Their different rental options allow for use of indoor or outdoor areas. This is the perfect setting for any special occasion for which a distinctive and versatile location is required. The preferred vendors who will be present at The Witte Museum are:
McNay Museum: McNay Art Museum is an exquisite Spanish Colonial Revival-style home that is situated on 23 acres. The beautifully landscaped gardens, lush lawns, multiple water features, and the courtyard make McNay Art Museum a delectable backdrop for any wedding couple who is wanting a unique opportunity to celebrate and entertain. The preferred vendors who will be present at The Witte Museum are:
San Antonio Botanical Garden: The San Antonio Botanical Garden offers a variety of choices to host your wedding. There are indoor and outdoor sites that provide a perfect environment for anyone’s love story. Couples will be invited to tour the newly-opened 4,000 square foot event center.
