STEP Application Info & Process

STEP membership contracts are good for one fiscal year which runs from August 1st to July 31st and can be revoked at any time. Member must remain in good standing and abide by these general guidelines.

•This group exists for the betterment of the group not for the betterment of any single person
•LISTEN to others. Always be a team player.
•Always maintain a “teacher” attitude willing to guide couples though the planning process whether or not they are your clients.
•Maintain and operate a professional business with the highest standards and expectations.
•Build relationships with all who are part of the group.
•Refer to members of the group before non-members as often as possible.
•Follow group members on social media and share/like/comment/back link. (We will create a group chat for notifications.)
•Help find ways to cross-reference other group member’s specialties; try to collaborate with STEP members as often as possible.
•Make every effort to attend STEP events. Be responsible when you have been delegated a task.
•Scout for new members that are like-minded and that will add/enhance/strengthen the group.
•Treat all information as proprietary information, including, but not limited to client details,problems, pricing, trade secrets or future plans.
•Wake up every day trying to find new ways to raise the bar for the San Antonio wedding and event industry.
